What is a Refund?
A refund may be issued when a learner cannot access a course due to technical issues on the website/app, does not receive the promised resources, or mistakenly purchases the wrong course. All refund requests go through a verification process.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of your payment.
To request a refund, contact our support team at alorpothgpt@gmail.com within 48 hours and provide the phone number or email you used during registration.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as a voucher and may take 7-10 working days after approval.
E-books are non-refundable.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
The refund request is made after 48 hours of purchase.
You have already earned a course certificate within the 48-hour period.
You continue course activity while a refund request is being processed (watching videos, taking quizzes, downloading materials).
You have completed more than 5% of the paid course content.
You have purchased an e-book.
When Refunds Are Applicable
You may be eligible for a refund or a course transfer when:
You made a wrong purchase and want to switch to another course.
Alorpoth Academy fails to provide promised course resources.
You accidentally purchased a live class instead of a recorded class or vice versa.
If the new course price is higher, you must pay the price difference.
If the new course price is lower, the remaining balance will be refunded through the original payment method.
What Happens After You Request a Refund?
Your enrolled course will be temporarily locked during the review process.
If your refund is approved, you will be unenrolled, and all course progress will be removed.
If you repurchase the course later, you must start from the beginning.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is completed.
